Job Opening

Development Director for Harmony Hill, a non-profit retreat center, located on Hood Canal. This full time position provides critical coordination, planning and implementation support for Harmony Hill's fund development program, encompassing campaign and pre-campaign planning, writing and researching program and capital grants, annual fund and major donor solicitation and cultivation, coordinating major special events, coordination and planning of yearly development plan and development of strategic vision for Development Department.

Additionally, the Development Director will maintain and manage prospect research, moves management, planned giving programs and oversee coordination of key marketing materials related to development, such as content for newsletters, annual report and the website.

This position is an advocate for the organization and is expected to be a visible and vocal participant in Harmony Hill's public outreach.
