Our online bidding closed Thursday, August 24, 2006, 11:00pm Pacific Time. We will confirm via email that we have received your bid.

There is still plenty of time to bid at SummerFest!

The Silent Auction at SummerFest opens at 10am on Saturday, August 26. Bidding will close at 3:30pm on Saturday.

Our online bidding process:
Each weekday prior to SummerFest, we will update the current maximum bid for each of the items available for online bidding. Updates will be posted around 5:00pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. The final update will be posted on Thursday, August 24.

You can check the silent auction info page to determine if you still have the highest bid. You may submit new online bids to increase your maximum bid amount, up to the online closing deadline of Thursday, August 24, 11:00pm US Pacific Time.

During SummerFest August 26, bidding will open at:
-- the listed minimum bid, if there is only one online bidder, or no online bidding; OR
-- the highest bid at the close of online bidding if there are two or more online bidders.

For items with a single online bidder: your starting bid will be the item's listed minimum bid. When others bid on the same item at Harmony Hill during SummerFest, we will increase your bid by the listed minimum increment, up to your maximum bid amount.

If two or more online bidders post the same maximum bid for an item, staff will email the bidders to inform them so they can increase their maximum bid if desired. In the event of a tie in online bid amounts at closing, the online bid with the earliest time stamp will become the highest bidder at the opening of bidding at SummerFest on August 26.

Winning bid notification and payment
All online bidders will be notified of their auction results no later than Tuesday, August 29.

If you are the winning bidder, you can pay for your item online via Paypal or credit card, by phone using your credit card, or by check. Winning bidders will be responsible for shipping costs, if any, if Harmony Hill needs to ship the item.

Harmony Hill reserves the right to offer the item to the next highest bidder if payment is not received by Friday, Sept 1, 2006.
