Monday & Wednesday evening Yoga classes from 6-7:30 pm at Harmony Hill
Denise Carrico, Certified Integral Yoga instructor with 30 years’ experience, teaches mindfulness, deep breathing and easeful movement. These practices help increase strength, resilience and calm while decreasing the effects of stress, anxiety and unease.
