Evening Yoga with Denise Carrico

Learn and practice basic yoga techniques, including breathing, stretches and yoga postures. These workshops teach basic yoga techniques designed to increase your flexibility, strength and ability to relax and are suitable for all skill levels. We provide mats and props; however, you are welcome to bring your own mat if that is your preference. Drop-ins are welcome. $10 per class or $8 per class with a 10 class purchase.
