The Labyrinth Society honors all those who have either made a gift to the Harmony Hill Endowment Fund, have informed Harmony Hill that we are a beneficiary in their will or trust, or have made a planned gift to Harmony Hill.
Given the opportunity, most of us would like to leave a legacy that gives meaning to what we valued over our lifetime. Imagine the satisfaction of knowing that, because of your generosity and planning, people will be able to continue benefiting from the programs at Harmony Hill.
After providing for family, friends and others, many Harmony Hill supporters continue their lifetime support by including a meaningful gift to Harmony Hill. These gifts are usually made by an outright bequest in a will. You can make a bequest by creating a new will or by adding a codicil to your existing will. Below are some wording suggestions for making a bequest to Harmony Hill.
For an Outright Bequest: “I give, devise and bequeath to Harmony Hill of Union, Union, Washington 98592 the sum of ($____) to be used for its general purposes” (You can also use the same language to indicate a percentage of total estate or you can specifically describe property.)
For a Residual Bequest: “I give, devise and bequeath to Harmony Hill of Union, Union, WA 98592 (_____) percent of the residue of my estate to be used for its general purposes.”
Should you decide to make a planned gift to Harmony Hill, you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you are helping Harmony Hill keep the cost of our Cancer Program free and allowing us to continue expanding our reach.
