Meeting, Conference & Event Facilities

Harmony Hill welcomes groups as small as 10 or as large as 175 to rent our facilities for special events and gatherings. We are available for conferences, seminars and workshops, strategic planning meetings, team building and staff retreats, weddings, celebrations of life, family gatherings or simply as a place for a group to relax together.

Please inquire about options for groups smaller than 10.

Harmony Hill offers six different meeting spaces and overnight accommodations and meals for up to 34 overnight. Please inquire about special event catering options for up to 80. Additional overnight accommodations include trundle/couch beds, a heated Yurt and tent platforms. Our sleeping rooms are primarily double-occupancy, with shared bathrooms. ADA-accessible sleeping rooms and bathrooms are available throughout the campus. Your group of 30 or more individuals will qualify for exclusive use of the Harmony Hill campus.

Meeting Rooms & Overnight Facilities

The Elmer & Katharine Nordstrom Great Hall
Built-Green™ in 2006, this 4000 square foot multi-purpose building is our premier event location and features two meeting rooms with two fireplaces, a spacious entry foyer, a building-wide sound system, restrooms with showers and a patio with panoramic views of Hood Canal and the Olympic Mountains.

The 2,000 square foot Pontes Performance Space features skylights and floating hardwood floors specially designed for movement, dance and exercise. This space can accommodate up to 50 for movement, 100 for a catered sit down event or 175 in theater style seating.

The cozy and comfortable 350 square foot Gathering Room can accommodate up to 20 individuals for your meeting or can be used as a breakout space for larger events.

Creekside Lodge
Built in 2005 to Built-Green™ standards, the Creekside Lodge includes the Runnings Conference Room, a 375 square foot meeting room that can accommodate up to 25 people with flexible seating options. The meeting room includes a gas fireplace and easy access to a large deck. In addition, the Creekside Lodge provides overnight accommodations for up to 14 guests and kitchenette.
 
Built in 2010 , the Gatehouse features sustainable bamboo flooring and non-toxic finishes. The building can sleep up to six in three separate bedrooms each decorated in a beautiful theme and featuring private bathrooms. No meeting space is available in this building.
 
Built in the 1920s, the Lodge houses our main kitchen and dining room facilities; the Gift Shop and our Resource Library. The Lodge can accommodate up to 10 people in the meeting space and can sleep up to 10 overnight. Up to 44 people can be accommodated in the Guest Lodge dining room.
 

The Cottage
Built in the 1920s, the Cottage has a special beach house charm. The 512 square foot living room can be converted into a meeting space that can accommodate up to 25 individuals and opens to a covered porch with spectacular Hood Canal and Olympic Mountain views. The Cottage can sleep up to 8 overnight, has two shared bathrooms, a full kitchen and offers some of the best views available on the Harmony Hill campus.

Yurt
This multi-purpose, 700 square foot circular wood and canvas structure is where Harmony Hill’s programs originally began. Great for movement, music or art activities, the heated Yurt can accommodate up to 40 people for a seated meeting or informal gatherings and comfortably holds 15 people for movement activities. The Yurt can also be used for overflow accommodations.

Built in 2010, these secluded tent platforms are located just up the hill from the Great Hall at Harmony Hill, with easy access to the Harmony Hill trail system. Use of platforms also includes access to indoor bathrooms, showers, refrigerators and microwaves.
