Please note that our Meeting and Event Rates are per person, per day unless otherwise noted. Rates are flat fee—we do not charge sales tax. Rates are subject to change at anytime.

Group Rental & Event Deposit Policy: To hold a reservation date, we ask that a 50% deposit of estimated total event cost be made at the time of event booking. Please inquire for more details or for specific quote.

Group Rental & Event Cancellation Policy: If your group or event cancels once a reservation deposit has been received, our policy is as follows:
- Less than 30 days out from the first day of your group retreat or event: Deposit is non-refundable.
- More than 30 days out from the first day of your retreat date or event: 50% of the reservation deposit will be retained.
