“It doesn’t interest me what you do for a living.  I want to know what you ache for, and if you dare to dream of meeting your heart’s longing…”

So begins Oriah’s beloved poem, “The Invitation” about living honestly and authentically,  the same principles we meditate upon and cultivate in our Yoga practice.  As we transition into the light of a new season, this is an appropriate time to “invite” ourselves to look inward and inquire:

Am I living truthfully?

Am I living the life I mean to be living?

What is most deeply important to me?

And do I “dare to dream of meeting [my ]heart’s longing”?

In this day long program, through Yoga and meditation practices, we will take time to read and reflect upon Oriah’s words, what they mean to us and how we may apply them directly in the practice of our daily lives.  All are wholeheartedly invited regardless of Yoga experience or level.
