In 2009, Harmony Hill, in collaboration with VOICE (Vision, Opportunity, Inspiration, Compassion and Education for healers in healthcare), created a program specifically for health professionals. The primary focus of the Northwest Center for Nurse Renewal is to teach renewal techniques, promote teamwork, offer support to and prevent burnout among nurses, thereby improving productivity, retention and job satisfaction for health professionals and creating significant potential cost savings to healthcare facilities.
Harmony Hill is also proud to collaborate with the Nightingale Initiative for Global health, started in 2010, on retreats that promote resilience and renewal among nurses. These retreats bring the expertise of AHNA past presidents, AHNA Holistic Nurses of the YEar, local holistic nursing leaders and practitioners together to create a stellar faculty of nursing leaders and practitioners.
