Rates for nonprofit groups
Income from our business meeting facility rentals and group retreat rentals provides important support for Harmony Hill's cancer retreats and wellness programs. When you meet at Harmony Hill, you'll feel good about your meeting - and about how you're helping others at the same time!

Billing minimums for all groups
10 guest minimum
Weekend bookings: two-night minimum
If your group has less than the minimum number, you will be billed for the minimum number. Otherwise, you will be billed based on your group size.
Overnight groups with meals
$130 per person per day double occupancy; $180 per person per day single occupancy
Rate includes assigned meeting room(s); bed and bath linens, three meals, a.m. coffee & tea, snack tray, shared sleeping accommodations unless booked for single occupancy
Use of all buildings & grounds with meals: minimum $3,250 per night; $6,500/two night minimum on weekends (approximately 25 guests); does not include the Elmer & Katharane Nordstrom Great Hall unless overnight group size is 25 or over
Day groups with meals
$40 per person
Rate includes assigned meeting room(s), 1 meal & snack tray. 25-person minimum day group size for Great Hall.
Optional additions:
Coffee & tea: $1.50 per person a..m. only; $3 per person all day
Continental breakfast: $8 per person
Wellness sessions
We encourage groups to include one or more wellness sessions as part of their time at Harmony Hill. All wellness sessions need to be scheduled in advance, and are subject to faculty availability. More about wellness sessions

Stress Reduction at your Desk - $50 per person ($500 minimum) for 2 hour session; $25/hour per person for additional time
Small Steps for Big Change: An Introduction to Kaizen - $50 per person ($500 minimum) for 2 hour session; $25/hour per person for additional time
Promoting Resilience & Avoiding Burnout at the Office - $50 per person ($500 minimum) for 2 hour session; $25/hour per person for additional time
Better Breaktimes: Recharge your Effectiveness - $50 per person ($500 minimum) for 2 hour session; $25/hour per person for additional time
Labyrinth Orientation - $10 per person ($100 minimum) for 30-45 minute session
Introduction to Nutrition & Health - $10 per person ($100 minimum) for 30-45 minute session
Hand & Foot Massage - $30 per person ($300 minimum) - 2-hour session
Yoga - $30 per person ($300 minimum) - up to 2-hour session
Building-Only Rentals
for groups using facilities only with no meals
Cottage:
$325 per night (flat rate) or $75 per bed
Lodge: $650 per night (flat rate)
Creekside:
$850 per night (flat rate)
Yurt:
$100 per day - day use; $30 per person per night for overnight use - includes bath linens and shower access - overnight Yurt use imited to groups renting other facilities in addition to the Yurt
Camping:
$25 per person per night - includes bath linens and shower access - camping limited to groups renting other facilities in addition to camping
Great Hall:
$400 - 4 hour minimum; $100 per hour for each additional hour. Additional charges for setup, cleaning, and parking, depending on group size. Call for details.
Exclusive use rates for building-only rentals available on request
Group use of grounds and outdoor labyrinths only: $25 suggested minimum donation
Building-only rental add-ons:
Snack tray (trail mix) - $2 per person; $10 minimum
Coffee and tea service:
$3 per person a..m.; $5 per person all dayx

Deposits & cancellations
Deposit required at time of confirmation $100 for day event, or 50% of estimated total for overnight. If deposit is not paid, we will consider the date open for other bookings. Deposit is non-refundable for cancellations less than 60 days in advance of retreat date. DETAILED CANCELLATION POLICY
Transportation
To help our environment, and because our parking is limited, we ask groups to carpool as much as possible. Limited Harmony Hill shuttle service may be available to the Seattle-Bremerton and Fauntleroy-Southworth ferries, and to the Kitsap Airporter from Sea-Tac Airport (Pt. Orchard/ Sedgwick stop). Out-of-area attendees should consider renting a car to complete their trip to Harmony Hill if local carpooling arrangements with other participants are not possible. Hill shuttle cost is $18 per person each way; discounts available for multiple parties taking the same Hill shuttle. This service must be scheduled in advance and is subject to staff availability.
