Income from our group retreat rentals provides important support for Harmony Hill's cancer retreats and wellness programs. When your group plans a retreat at Harmony Hill, you will have the opportunity to feel refreshed and renewed - and you're helping others at the same time! Billing minimums
Billing minimums
There is a 10 person billing minimum for overnight and day groups with meals. For weekend bookings, there is a two-night minimum. If your group has less than the minimum number, you will be billed for the minimum number. Otherwise, you will be billed based on your group size.
Rates
Overnight per person rates: $120 double occupancy
$40 additional charge for private rooms
Rate includes three meals, assigned meeting rooms, bed and bath linens, AM coffee & all day tea, and shared sleeping accommodations unless booked for single occupancy.
To ensure EXCLUSIVE USE of the campus, groups must book for at least 25 guests overnight, or be charged at that number. Day Group per person rates: $40 per person
Rate includes lunch, assigned meeting rooms, AM coffee & all day tea. 25 person minimum day group size for Great Hall.
Optional additions: All Day Coffee Service: $2 per person
Continental Breakfast: $8 per person
A/V Equipment: Harmony Hill offers most set-up and A/V equipment free of charge, but some items incur a fee. Please inquire when booking for specific rates.
Wellness Sessions
We encourage groups to include one or more wellness sessions as part of their retreat at Harmony Hill. All wellness sessions need to be scheduled in advance, and are subject to faculty availability. Options Include:

Building-Only Rentals
For groups renting facilities only with no meals.
Cottage:
$325 per night (flat rate) or $75 per bed
Lodge:
Creekside:
Yurt: Overnight Yurt use includes bath linens and shower access, and is limited to groups renting other facilities in addition to the Yurt, with a maximum of 7 people.

Exclusive use rates for building-only rentals available on request. Group use of grounds and outdoor labyrinths only:
Building-only rental add-ons: Deposit are required at time of retreat confirmation. If deposit is not paid, we will consider the date open for other bookings. Deposit is non-refundable for cancellations less than 30 days in advance of retreat date. Deposit & Cancellation Policy
To help our environment, and because our parking is limited, we encourage groups to carpool as much as possible. Out-of-area attendees should consider renting a car if local carpooling arrangements with other participants are not possible.
The Capital Aeroporter provides shuttles directly to and from Sea-tac Airport and Harmony Hill. In addition, Harmony Hill shuttle service may be available to the Seattle-Bremerton and Fauntleroy-Southworth ferries and for the Kitsap Airporter from Sea-Tac Airport.
The Hill shuttle is $40 each way; discounts available for multiple parties taking the same Hill shuttle. This service must be scheduled in advance and is subject to staff availability. Call for details.
