Harmony Hill currently has five meeting spaces. The construction of the Elmer & Katharine Nordstrom Great Hall was completed in 2006 and provides a large space for a variety of events.

Creekside was completed in July 2005. Both the Lodge and the Cottage were originally single-family homes, used as summer and vacation residences. All our buildings have views of Hood Canal, the Olympic mountains (weather permitting!), and our gardens and grounds. The Yurt provides flexible space for groups and movement sessions.

Creekside Meeting Room

The Runnings Conference Room, the meeting room in Creekside, is 375 square feet with a fireplace and wrap-around windows, and comfortably accommodates up to 20 people for day groups.

Creekside is a two-story building with room for up to 14 overnight guests. It includes adjoining deck areas and a kitchenette. High speed internet access is available in the Runnings Conference Room and in all Creekside guest rooms.

Elmer & Katharine Nordstrom Great Hall

The Elmer & Katharine Nordstrom Great Hall is our BuiltGreen^TM multi-purpose building. It was completed in 2006, and is available for group rentals.

The 2,000 square foot main room accommodates exercise activities and yoga for up to 35 people, lectures and musical performances for up to 170, and special event dining for up to 100. The building also includes a smaller conference room designed for groups of 20-25, as well as a spacious foyer, and restrooms with shower facilities. The Great Hall features excellent acoustics and the whole building is wired for sound.

Overlooking Harmony Hill's grounds, the Great Hall enjoys panoramic views of Hood Canal and the Olympic Mountains. Both wired and wireless high speed internet access is available in this building.

Cottage Meeting Room

The Cottage is a single-story building that has a full kitchen, sleeping accommodations for eight, and two full bathrooms.

The 512 sq. feet living room/meeting space can accommodate 15 ? 20 people, and opens onto a covered porch with water and garden views.

Lodge

The Lodge, a two-story building, contains sleeping rooms and our dining facilities.

The dining area includes a large stone fireplace, with views of Hood Canal and our gardens. While groups primarily use meeting space in either Creekside or the Cottage, part of the dining area can be used as meeting space.

The Lodge also houses our Wellness Resource Center, which can be set up as a meeting room for a smaller group of 8-10.

Yurt

This multi-purpose 700 square foot circular wood and canvas structure is often used for movement activities such as yoga. We have a portable canvas labyrinth that can be set up for walking inside either in the Yurt or the Great Hall.

The Yurt can accommodate 25-40 people for seated groups or informal gatherings, and comfortably holds 12-15 persons for movement or exercise activities. The Yurt is heated, and has basic audio-visual equipment installed for playing music.
