Our Cancer Programs

All our cancer programs are offered at no cost to participants.
We offer a variety of programs to help those facing cancer, and their loved ones, cope with the physical, emotional, and spiritual challenges of cancer.

Our cancer programs are designed to serve as supportive adjuncts to medical treatment, and do not provide medical care. All programs are held at Harmony Hill's twelve-acre facility on beautiful Hood Canal.

These brief descriptions will help you determine which cancer programs
are right for you:

Three-day Cancer Retreats
Our primary cancer retreats are designed to help individuals find emotional, mental and spiritual healing in the face of cancer. Inspired by the acclaimed Commonweal Cancer Help Program, our flagship three-day cancer retreats offer experiences and education to help individuals explore the issues, choices, feelings and concerns associated with a cancer diagnosis.

A One-Day Mini-Retreat
Tools for the Journey is a one-day mini-retreat that provides practical resources and strategies for those facing the challenge of cancer. These retreats are offered particularly for those on the waiting list for a three-day retreat, and for those who want to attend a shorter program.

A Series of Specialized Workshops
Thriving beyond Cancer - This is a series of specialized workshops on various cancer-related topics designed in response to requests from those who have attended our extended cancer retreats and Tools workshop. These sessions are also open to other cancer survivors, and caregivers, who have not previously attended one of our core offerings.

Participants at all cancer programs are treated to delicious, whole-foods meals, and opportunities for relaxation and renewal in a tranquil retreat environment of gardens, nature trails, beach access, and spectacular mountain and water views.

For many it is a chance to be nurtured in body, mind, and spirit, in a peaceful and comforting environment. For others it is an opportunity to explore complimentary techniques that can be taken home as a toolkit for their continued journey.

Harmony Hill's Cancer Program is supported in part by grants but it's the generosity of many individual donors that makes this program possible. Your contribution is vital to the support for this program
