Please join Harmony Hill faculty Chris Adams & Denise Carrico for the 4th annual Mindfulness for Presence & Wellbeing: a quiet, winter overnight retreat to refresh our intentions for the new year, to reset our course and to deepen our sense of intimacy & heartfulness with ourselves & with all beings.
Practices will include seated & walking meditation, yoga, silence & contemplation, poetry, writing & art.
All are wholeheartedly welcome, beginners & experienced practitioners alike.

Cost: $325 shared room ($400 single), $250 commuter
