• Explore trauma stewardship and social justice issues
• Develop generous listening skills for effective communication
• Learn non-violent communication strategies

• Experience gentle yoga, expressive arts, poetry and journaling in a beautiful environment that promotes reflection, resilience and renewal


Chris Adams, MD
Chris works as a counselor, consultant, coach, and health/medical guide, incorporating the skills of mind-body medicine and integrative medicine. She practices with a sense of sacred relationship and compassionate listening as central to the healing process and helps individuals discover their innate resourcefulness, resilience, and balance.

Denise has taught yoga, meditation and the healing arts for over 30 years, helping people increase their strength, resilience and calmness.
