On-line All Levels Yoga Classes
All are welcome, regardless of ability or experience. These gentle classes are suitable for participants of all levels, and offer modifications for beginners and variations for those who want a deeper practice.
Led by Denise Carrico, Certified Integral Yoga Teacher with over 30 years of experience, these classes include the practices of breath awareness, mindfulness , and easeful movement. The sessions focus on the therapeutic and restorative nature of a regular yoga practice. Enjoy poetry readings and meditation as an integral aspect of the experience.
Sundays, 10:00-11:30 a.m.
Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.
Fees: $12 per class for Drop-ins, or $100 for a 10 class pass.
These classes are offered via Zoom. Class passes and reservations are available via Punchpass. Class sizes will be capped at 20 participants per session.
Please join the class 10 minutes early to create your space and to ensure that you can resolve any connection issues. Please have a mat, a blanket, and whatever props you may need. (Option of chair practice is available if needed).

- You will first need to make a Punchpass account.
- Purchase either of our class options.
- Go into the Class Calendar and book your reservation(s). Currently, you can book up to 30 days in advance.
- You’ll get an email response to your reservation containing your link to the class session you selected.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do it 24 hours in advance, or your session pass will still be used.
