DENISE CARRICO, BFA, CERTIFIED INTEGRAL YOGA TEACHER, CBC-Y

A life-long artist & seeker, Denise found her spiritual ‘home’ in the beautiful, heartful practice of Yoga and has been offering classes, workshops & retreats for over 30 years. As the Yoga Teacher-in-Residence at Harmony Hill Retreat Center, Denise co-facilitates the Cancer Retreats, the Health Professional Renewal Retreats and leads Wellness Workshops. She also offers weekly Yoga & Meditation classes for the local community as well as serving as a Hospice volunteer.
